Song Project

For the song project we had to take a song and play one minute of it to images representing its lyrics. I chose the song Snoopy vs the Red Baron by the Royal Guardsmen. It is a song about an imaginary fight between the Peanuts character Snoopy and the German Aviator Manfred Von Richthofen. The whole song is based on an old peanuts book named, "Snoopy versus the Red Baron." It was written by Charles Schulz and mostly contains pictures with minimal dialogue. After we had the song thoroughly edited down to about a minute and had our slides of pictures timed, we had to add credits for each of the pictures that we used.

iMovie

For the imovie project we had to take an idea and research it. My group chose the Apple Collaboration Program. To do this we looked online to find information. We took info from different sources and compiled them into a PowerPoint on Google docs. We took the PowerPoint and made the slides into .jpg images. We took the images and inserted them into an imovie that also had our interviews with Mr. Forney and Mr. Roy. These interviews were questions we put together and asked them based on their views as to why the Apple Collaboration program was a good idea.

Storyboard project Powerpoint

The project started with us having to take a personality test. It placed you as either Blue, Green, Orange, or Gold. You then remembered your Primary and Secondary colors and moved to a corner in the room according to your color. Then you voted on who you would like in your group, this was influenced by what colors you need in your group. As a group then we interviewed Mr. Forney and Mr. Roy. We put the questions we wanted to ask them in a Powerpoint along with facts about the subject we are researching. We also added pictures and cited them.

Podcast

The podcast project was a great success. We were supposed to be reviewing a movie. I chose the movie highlander. Highlander is a great movie for a review as it has a basic plot and many characters. The project had to be a certain length and had to contain a certain set of details about the movie. I had to resend my project twice because I kept sending old versions. Along with this you had to have 5 sound effects and 7 pictures. It was the first recorded project we did. The hardest part was finding all of the pictures. All of the sound effects I had I downloaded from a stock site.
